For muscle building, join a gym and look for a good instructor, who can guide you on the techniques of weight and strength training exercises. If you follow the regime continuously with good diet, you will be able to see the difference within one month.
4. Drink lots and lots of water to keep you active and hydrated during the workout and otherwise also for weight loss. You can go for outside food once in a while but keep in mind that you do not have to eat like an insane and your diet has to be healthy, so that you can gain the benefits of your workout for muscle building and lose weight.
